Some help with your website, in exchange for a long single mattress

Hey Sukhita 😊

I had a proper look at innature.co.nz, and it's in better shape than you might think! Your products already carry the product markup Google reads, your showroom details are marked up too, and you've got 29 articles on the blog. That's a really good base to build on.

There are a handful of basics worth sorting though, and I'd love to help. So here's my idea: I do $2,000 of work on your site, and in return you give me one of your long single mattresses.

If you'd like a bit more done while I'm in there, I've added two bigger options as well. The swap on its own is all I'm after though, so no pressure at all!

What I Found

Your Google logins. You mentioned you're not sure you can get into Google Analytics or Search Console, so right now you can't easily see how people find you or which pages lead to sales.
No product codes. None of your 605 product variants have a SKU (product code). Codes keep your stock and product feeds tidy, and make it easier for Google Shopping and AI shopping tools to match your products.
Four empty collection pages. Kids bedroom furniture, natural lounge suites, custom-made timber beds and upholstered headboards have no products in them, but they're still listed for Google, and three of them are linked from your homepage, so shoppers can click through to an empty page.
Five internal or duplicate collections are listed for Google too. Two near-identical best-seller lists, newest products, "top 10 products to market" and "mega menu featured products". They end up competing with your real category pages.
Your FAQ answers aren't marked up. You've already got an FAQ page, but neither it nor the product pages I checked carry the markup that helps Google and AI tools read it. Clear question-and-answer sections make it easier for ChatGPT and Google's AI answers to pick up what you say.

What Each Piece Covers

1	Sort your Google connections	$600	Your site already has a Google tag on it, so something is connected. I find which Google login holds your Analytics and Search Console (or set them up fresh under one account you own), check sales are tracking from Shopify, and send Google your sitemap. You end up with one login that works and a one-page cheat sheet. Done when Analytics shows live visits and orders, and Search Console has read your sitemap.
2	Tidy what Google sees	$500	For the 4 empty collection pages, either fill them or redirect them to the closest live page (your call), and fix the homepage links pointing at them. Hide the 5 internal or duplicate collections from Google, and write descriptions for the 3 shop collections that have little or none. Done when a fresh crawl shows no empty or internal collections open to Google.
3	Google Business Profile check	$500	For the Portage Road showroom: make sure your hours, address and phone match the website exactly, the categories and products are right, and there's an easy link for asking happy customers for a review. Done when the profile is complete and matches the site, or I've shown you anything still waiting on Google to approve.
4	Your priority list + walkthrough	$400	A plain-English list of what's left on the site, ranked by what actually matters, plus a 30-minute call to walk you through it. So you know what's worth your time and what you can stop worrying about.
	Option 2 adds
5	Product codes + Google Shopping feed	$900	A simple code for all 605 variants, loaded in one bulk import. Then I check your Google Merchant Center set-up (or set one up if there isn't one) so your products can show for free in Google Shopping and AI shopping tools. Done when your products are live in Merchant Center, or I've shown you exactly why any aren't.
6	FAQ answers on your mattress pages	$600	The questions people actually ask (latex vs foam, firmness, sizing, custom sizes, delivery) answered on your 6 adult latex mattress pages, with the markup Google and AI tools read, plus the same markup on your existing FAQ page. Done when the FAQ markup checks out clean on all 6 pages.

7	2 months of Notable + a coaching session	Let's chat	Notable is our AI search platform. It writes new articles and refreshes your existing 29, ready for you to check and publish to your blog. You'd get 2 months of access to create and publish content yourself, plus a coaching session with me to set it up and show you how to get the most out of it. It's also a good chance for us to talk about what a bigger journey together could look like.

How It Works

I'll do this one myself. Everything happens inside your own accounts, and it's all yours to keep.
Not much needed from you to start. Pick an option, send me your Shopify store URL and collaborator code (in Shopify, under Settings then Users), and give me 20 minutes on a screen share so we can sort the Google logins together. You won't have to fight with them on your own.
Timing. I'd aim to have the swap done within three weeks of getting access. Option 2 adds about a week, and your Notable access for Option 3 can start whenever you're ready.
Paying. The mattress whenever it suits you. For Option 2, the cash top-up is invoiced once the work is done (NZD, plus GST). Option 3 we'd work out together.
